About the role

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance and risk management
Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Monitor and stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends
Collaborate with external counsel and manage external legal service providers
Support the Legal team in litigation and dispute resolution matters
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of legal proceedings
Conduct training sessions to educate internal teams on legal best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
Strong knowledge of corporate law and its practical application
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal contracts and agreements
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
Expertise in areas such as contract review, data privacy management, and vendor negotiation
