Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline commercial contracts including SaaS, data protection, reseller, partnership, vendor, and employment agreements
• Provide business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders on operational matters and risk mitigation
• Advise on employment law, intellectual property, and product-related issues
• Liaise with external legal counsel and manage internal workflows
• Maintain contract trackers, MIS, and documentation systems
• Conduct legal research on evolving laws and regulations impacting the company
• Participate in cross-functional legal projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized law school in India
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a start-up, reg-tech, fintech, bank, or MNC
• Strong background in commercial and employment law
• Experience in contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern productivity/AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
