About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform legal research and verify rights for artist, license, and distribution contracts
- Process non-exclusive license requests for third-party use, including compilations, samples, remixes, and covers
- Manage commercialization requests for Jazz-Classical soundtracks
- Draft, negotiate, and conclude non-exclusive license contracts with third parties
- Provide legal advice to operational teams
- Handle legal and administrative follow-ups for the Legacy department and international affiliates
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property or Literary and Artistic Property
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in English is indispensable
