About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative and logistical aspects of administrative enforcement proceedings
  • Draft and maintain correspondence, procedural orders, and legal documents
  • Manage communications with external parties and schedule ethics training sessions
  • Assist with the maintenance of public-facing educational materials and website content
  • Serve as minute secretary for monthly Board meetings
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic records
  • Manage electronic tracking systems and shared calendars

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Zoom for meeting scheduling and coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in paralegal studies from an ABA-approved program
  • Experience in legal, social service, education, or non-profit sectors
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with online engagement tools like Buffer or Bitly
  • Understanding of legal concepts such as attorney-client privilege
