Legal Apprentice - Contract, Corporate and New Technologies Law

Responsibilities

• Draft and review various contracts including IT, NDA, T&Cs, cloud, procurement, maintenance, partnerships, data processing agreements, and SaaS licenses
• Participate in compliance projects related to Sapin II and GDPR, including risk analysis and procedure evolution
• Assist with corporate legal matters such as board documentation, general meetings, and drafting minutes
• Support the listed parent company with regulatory obligations and universal registration documents
• Conduct legal research to monitor legislative changes and provide guidance to teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 2 in Business Law, New Technologies Law, or a similar field
• Seeking a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship in a stimulating international tech environment
• Previous experience in a company or law firm in a similar role is a plus
• Passion for new technologies and innovation
• Excellent analytical and legal drafting skills
• High level of rigor and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and French
