About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze, draft, and secure various contracts and agreements (services, partnerships, patronage, subcontracting, suppliers, etc.)
- Participate in the formalization and monitoring of partnerships with associations and social economy actors
- Support the operational deployment of the Group's mission by contributing to impact projects, monitoring tools, and reporting
- Identify main legal risks and propose pragmatic recommendations to operational teams
- Participate in updating contractual models, internal procedures, and the contract library
- Contribute to work related to GDPR and personal data protection
- Ensure legal monitoring on relevant topics
Requirements
- Preparing a Master 2 in private law, contract law, business law, civil law, or an equivalent specialty
- Rigor and curiosity
- Strong writing skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in a company, law firm, or impact-driven structure is appreciated
