Legal Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in-house counsel with legal research by gathering and summarizing laws and regulations related to transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters
• Support the preparation and organization of legal documents, including materials for transactions, filings, and governance
• Track changes in legal and regulatory requirements and assist in updating internal processes and policies
• Help maintain legal records and workflows to ensure documents are properly stored and accessible
• Support compliance-related tasks, including tracking requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other regulatory bodies
• Follow established operational and risk management procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship (including F-1, J-1, M-1, CPT, or OPT)
• A genuine interest in financial services departmental tracks
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment
