Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Global Matter Types library, including reviewing and verifying matter type data and templates
• Write AI prompts and descriptions for matter types to guide system behavior
• Draft and refine legal templates and letters to ensure consistency and legal accuracy
• Demo software to legal-adjacent businesses and convert feedback into product requirements
• Sync with LEAP data to verify and update matter types and precedents
• Partner with the sales team to demonstrate value to warm leads and support client success
• Translate legal requirements into technical product specifications for the development team

Requirements

• Admitted lawyer or legal practitioner with 3+ years of experience
• Broad generalist experience preferred (e.g., family, corporate, dispute resolution, or conveyancing)
• Strong legal and technical writing skills
• Ability to translate between legal language and technical product language
• High attention to detail regarding terminology and configuration
• Confidence in demonstrating software and capturing structured feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in legal tech or an in-house legal role
• Genuine interest in applying AI to legal and commercial challenges
