Legal Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, contract, employment, and privacy law
• Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
• Monitor implementation of legal clauses and support internal governance policies
• Provide legal insights into blockchain and emerging technologies in climate action

Requirements

• Degree in Law or qualified lawyer (admitted in an American state)
• Experience in not-for-profit or in-house legal environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and excellent English writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology
• Foreign language skills such as Spanish
