About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support and advice to the company
- Ensure full compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Review, draft, and proofread contracts and agreements before approval
- Handle legal cases in coordination with external lawyers when required
- Prepare legal memos and reports for senior management
- Assess legal risks and provide preventive recommendations
- Monitor updates and changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) as a minimum
- 4 years of experience in the legal field
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and labor law
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements
- Strong legal analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
