Legal Adviser/Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft contracts, letters of advice, and legal opinions
• Supervise and provide leadership and coaching to junior legal advisers and assistants
• Participate in business development efforts, government relations, and knowledge management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer
• Excellent technical knowledge of Vietnam’s energy laws and regulations
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a law firm or multinational corporation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
