LEED/WELL/ESG Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development of sustainability business through data research, content definition, and business advice
• Act as the project lead for green building and sustainability projects, executing tasks related to low-carbon, ESG, and energy consulting
• Provide consulting for green and healthy building certifications including LEED, BREEAM, China Green Building, and WELL
• Participate in corporate and asset sustainability evaluations using domestic and international ESG standards
• Research carbon neutrality policies, disclosure systems, and climate change risk analysis to provide decision-making reports
• Analyze ESG frameworks, international financial standards, green finance, and ESG ratings
• Maintain client relationships and support business development through proposals and policy research

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields
• LEED AP or WELL AP certification
• 3+ years of experience in sustainable building evaluation
• Proven ability to independently manage the full certification process
• Proficiency in written English
• Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
