LEED and Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for a high-rise project
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate sustainability principles into design
• Oversee the development and implementation of sustainable infrastructure
• Promote the use of sustainable building materials and construction practices
• Develop strategies for environmental protection and biodiversity conservation
• Monitor and evaluate environmental and social impacts to minimize negative effects
• Manage the LEED certification process, including documentation submission to USGBC/GBCI
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• LEED AP BD+C certification
• 5+ years of proven experience managing the LEED certification process for at least two Gold-rated projects of comparable size
• Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience
• Strong understanding of environmental impact assessment and environmental management systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
