About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional design of interfaces between LEDP and core systems including ERP, MES, MDM, and Tech Transfer solutions.
  • Orchestrate data flows by defining when and how data is pushed or pulled between systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Map end-to-end "Technical Transfer" processes to align digital data flows with physical industrial site realities.
  • Act as a data semantic steward to ensure functional compatibility of data fields and enforce Single Source of Truth (SSOT) principles.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical and digital teams.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify manual data processes and propose automated functional solutions.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data arriving in main activity systems is fit-for-purpose.
  • Ensure all data continuity flows comply with GxP, Sanofi Quality standards, and global Health Authority requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in business data analysis or functional data roles.
  • Strong expertise in data and system integration involving PLM, ERP, MES, and MDM.
  • Solid understanding of PLM platforms, ideally Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience working within manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Knowledge of GxP and data integrity principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile, international, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); French proficiency is strongly preferred.
