Responsibilities
- Teach introductory psychology, statistics, and/or research methods courses
- Contribute effectively to curriculum development efforts
- Provide academic advising and mentoring to students
- Perform service to the department and the college
- Support the academic environment for women and underrepresented minority students
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology or a related field, or at least 18 credit hours toward a doctoral program completion at the start of the appointment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available)

- Demonstrated commitment to working with women and underrepresented minority students through teaching, mentoring, and research
- Experience as an outstanding teacher-scholar in the field of Psychology
