Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory psychology, statistics, and/or research methods courses
• Contribute effectively to curriculum development efforts
• Provide academic advising and mentoring to students
• Perform service to the department and the college
• Support the academic environment for women and underrepresented minority students

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology or a related field, or at least 18 credit hours toward a doctoral program completion at the start of the appointment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to working with women and underrepresented minority students through teaching, mentoring, and research
• Experience as an outstanding teacher-scholar in the field of Psychology
