About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach the school's professional orientation course, including up to three 1-credit sections per semester.
  • Serve as a faculty mentor to undergraduate students.
  • Prepare students to engage effectively with the school's academic and co-curricular programming.
  • Adhere to programmatic goals and curriculum objectives in alignment with ACEJMC accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Two years of professional experience in advertising, public relations, journalism, sports media, or education.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated teaching excellence in higher education.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor students and/or emerging professionals.
  • Additional professional experience beyond the required amount in advertising, journalism, public relations, sports media, or education.
