About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary instructor for ORGSTUDY 201, Leadership and Collaboration
- Develop comprehensive course materials and curriculum
- Teach highly-interactive sessions exploring leadership and social science foundations
- Supervise a Graduate Student Instructor
- Evaluate and grade student work
- Hold regularly scheduled office hours to support student success
Requirements
- Completed Master's or PhD in a relevant social science or professional field
- Subject matter expertise in leadership, collaboration, or related areas
- Demonstrated success in undergraduate teaching and instruction
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in creating an engaging, interactive environment in large classes
- Academic background in organizational behavior or organizational theory
- Previous supervisory experience
