Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive course materials and curriculum
  • Teach highly-interactive sessions exploring leadership and social science foundations
  • Supervise a Graduate Student Instructor
  • Evaluate and grade student work
  • Hold regularly scheduled office hours to support student success

Requirements

  • Completed Master's or PhD in a relevant social science or professional field
  • Subject matter expertise in leadership, collaboration, or related areas
  • Demonstrated success in undergraduate teaching and instruction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in creating an engaging, interactive environment in large classes
  • Academic background in organizational behavior or organizational theory
  • Previous supervisory experience
