Lecturer, Construction Engineering NTT

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as construction management, project planning, cost estimation, and engineering management.
• Develop new courses and curricula aligned with current industry needs.
• Provide student advising and mentoring, including support for student projects and career preparation.
• Strengthen connections between Civil Engineering and Engineering Management programs.
• Engage with industry partners to create experiential learning opportunities for students.

Requirements

• MS in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of relevant industry experience in construction or project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a closely related discipline.
• Professional licensure (e.g., PE) or relevant industry certifications.
• Five (5) years of full-time industry experience with decision-making responsibilities.
• Prior teaching experience in construction engineering or management topics.
• Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
