Leather Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform product customization using Hot Foil Stamp Machines, Laser Engravers, embroidery machines, and Rivet Machines
• Set up, control, and adjust machine settings to ensure high-quality output
• Periodically inspect parts and test machine operations to ensure smooth running and capacity
• Monitor output to identify and correct any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Maintain machines appropriately and adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Handle physical tasks including standing, moving, lifting, and pushing products or boxes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of hand tools and manual pallet jacks
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions, maintenance documents, and procedure manuals
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and using ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a machine operator
