Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk and assist current residents
• Handle package intake and answer resident questions
• Maintain a secure lobby environment
• Support the leasing team during property tours and application processing
• Assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching KPI goals

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills including typing and writing for correspondence
• Ability to live on-site at the assigned community as a condition of employment
• Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software
• Familiarity with property management software
