Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk and assist current residents
• Support leasing activities including tours and application processing
• Handle package intake and maintain a secure lobby environment
• Assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching KPI goals
• Answer resident questions and manage correspondence

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills including typing and writing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software
• Familiarity with property management software
