Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs including rent payments and ledger questions
• Demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
• Work with the team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals
• Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to respond to inquiries
• Work collaboratively with staff in an entrepreneurial environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills including typing and writing ability
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software
