Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show model apartments to prospective residents
• Execute digital and physical marketing initiatives to drive property traffic
• Process applications, review credit screenings, and prepare lease packages
• Manage the lease renewal program by contacting residents and ensuring timely document execution
• Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain property tour-readiness through daily inspections of amenities and model units
• Utilize property management software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data
• Perform administrative, accounting, and financial reporting tasks as required

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays to support resident and prospect needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years of experience in Class A high-rise multifamily leasing
• Familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon software
• Experience using Canva for marketing purposes
