Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects and record visits on guest cards
• Demonstrate community features and benefits to close sales
• Process applications, secure deposits, and ensure move-in readiness
• Manage administrative tasks including rental payments and lease typing in Yardi
• Maintain resident files and distribute community notices
• Address resident requests and maintenance service requests promptly
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience
• Proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and email
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Low Income Housing & Tax Credit
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
