Leasing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess needs of prospective residents to match them with suitable apartment homes
• Conduct property tours highlighting community features and benefits
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents
• Manage the entire leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up
• Collaborate with property management to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
