Leasing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable apartment homes
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with current residents and address concerns promptly
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination
• Meet and exceed sales targets via lead generation and follow-up strategies
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives
• Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Customer service orientation and passion for helping people find homes
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings
• Reliable transportation
