Responsibilities

- Conduct property tours highlighting community features and benefits
- Manage the entire leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information
- Collaborate with property management to ensure resident satisfaction
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
