Leasing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Follow the AIR sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospects and conducting property tours.
• Maintain a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents to create meaningful experiences.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and provide leasing support to the portfolio as needed.
• Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and following a sales process.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and varying hours based on season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
