Leasing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Follow the AIR sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospects and conducting property tours.
• Meet or surpass monthly leasing goals to drive community occupancy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and provide leasing support to other portfolio communities as needed.
• Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Flexible schedule availability, typically including Tuesday–Saturday.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Goal-driven, sales-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
