Leasing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Follow the AIR sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospects and conducting property tours.
• Meet or surpass monthly leasing goals and sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and provide leasing support to other portfolio communities as needed.
• Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, typically Monday and Wednesday–Saturday.
• Reliable transportation.
• A goal-driven, motivated, and collaborative mindset.
