About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow the AIR sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospects and conducting property tours.
- Meet or surpass monthly leasing goals and sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
- Contribute to community marketing efforts and provide leasing support to other portfolio communities as needed.
- Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales and customer service experience (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, typically Monday and Wednesday–Saturday.
- Reliable transportation.
- A goal-driven, motivated, and collaborative mindset.
