Leasing Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to signed lease
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease documents
• Build relationships with prospects and current residents
• Support resident retention and renewals
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi
• Collaborate with Property Manager and maintenance team

Requirements

• Proven leasing experience at a residential apartment or condo community
• Strong closing skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and driving record checks
