Leasing Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in to ensure an exceptional experience
• Showcase community features and value to prospective residents
• Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic
• Support occupancy and retention goals through resident follow-ups
• Maintain accurate lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks
• Promote positive resident relations through timely responses to needs and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to plan and organize resident events
• Conduct all business in accordance with Fair Housing and other federal/state laws

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of on-site leasing experience or combination of customer service and sales experience
• Superior sales ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driver's License and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college-level education
• Real Page experience
