Leasing Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial tour to move-in
• Complete LIHTC applications, income certifications, and recertifications
• Showcase community features to prospects to meet their needs
• Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic
• Support occupancy and retention goals through resident follow-ups
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease documents
• Collaborate with team members to organize resident events
• Promote positive resident relations through timely responses to concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of on-site leasing experience or combined customer service and sales experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Superior sales ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college-level education
• RealPage experience
• Experience with Affordable Housing or LIHTC
