Leasing Officer/Leasing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities and tenant acquisition for ESR-developed logistics facilities across the Greater Tokyo Area, Chukyo, Kansai, and Kyushu regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to understand their specific needs and propose optimal logistics solutions.
• Identify and develop new potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed of industry developments.
• Establish and strengthen local networks with brokers and intermediaries to support leasing efforts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate leasing or brokerage (logistics, office, or residential).
• Proven sales experience and strong communication skills to build trusted client relationships.
• A genuine interest in the logistics real estate sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL sales within a logistics company.
• Possession of a Real Estate Transaction Agent license (宅地建物取引士).
