Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects by assessing criteria and utilizing guest cards
• Prepare move-in packages, lease paperwork, and process applications
• Maintain accurate records of telephone and in-person visits
• Inspect model units and market-ready apartments to communicate service needs
• Update availability reports and monitor the renewal process
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and gather market competition data
• Accept rental payments and input information accurately into the Yardi system
• Represent the company professionally and implement community policies

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a relevant customer service role
• Experience in sales, public relations, or working with the public
• Fair Housing Certification (or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and community software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns professionally
