Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to attain occupancy and rent growth goals
• Manage rapport with prospects to generate interest in the community
• Complete lease paperwork and handle all associated leasing duties
• Respond to telephone, internet, and in-person inquiries with timely follow-up
• Qualify prospects by collecting personal data and initiating background checks
• Coordinate move-in/move-out status to ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Tour properties and amenities, ensuring cleanliness and professional presentation
• Perform light bookkeeping including rent calculations and delinquent payment letters
• Maintain a minimum 20% conversion ratio of total traffic
• Resolve resident complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Multi-family property management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license free from major moving violations
• Dependable transportation

• Social media marketing experience
