Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of leasing professionals to achieve revenue goals and leasing targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across online platforms, social media, and print to attract residential and commercial tenants.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including property tours, lead qualification, tenant screening, and lease negotiations.
• Prepare and finalize lease agreements ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and PM/FM contracts.
• Oversee the move-in process, including deposit collection, inspections, and tenant orientation.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing tenants, addressing inquiries and managing the lease renewal process.
• Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends to management.
• Implement tenant education initiatives and community-building programs to enhance the resident experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property leasing or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
• Experience in marketing and lead generation through digital platforms.
• Fluency in the Arabic language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
