- Implement a leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income
- Manage a team of leasing specialists to ensure execution of the leasing plan
- Ensure all leads are fielded in a timely manner
- Perform and communicate local market research to guide rental rates and concession offerings
- Prepare advertising materials in coordination with the General Manager
