Leasing Counselor

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly company and community sales standards
• Conduct face-to-face client home visits, voice-to-voice communication, and purposeful follow-ups
• Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries and conduct community tours
• Maintain the community database by recording inquiries, referral sources, and follow-up communications
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources through field visits
• Research local competition and market trends
• Create and oversee the annual community sales and marketing plan
• Track move-ins, move-outs, and transfers to determine appropriate follow-up actions
• Assist with move-in paperwork in compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Monitor and manage the department budget

Requirements

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
• Background in sales or leasing within healthcare or senior living industry helpful
• Expertise in relationship selling and ability to close
• Experience in a customer service-oriented setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build trust and manage emotions in client situations
