About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, lease negotiations, and renewals
- Conduct apartment showings and represent the company at networking functions
- Ensure all paperwork for current and prospective tenants is completed accurately
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to review goals and strategies
- Act as a coach and mentor for team associates
- Adhere to all established policies related to fair housing
Requirements
- Two years of sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
