Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents at our award-winning apartment communities
• Identify the specific needs of prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents through exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance to meet community goals

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family housing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
