Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers and provide community tours
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management
• Assist with social media, local marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
• Log, file, and retrieve customer packages
• Assist with general housekeeping for the office, clubhouse, and grounds
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests
• Assist with after-hours lock out duties as required
