Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Handle resale listings including residential properties, plots, villas, and townhouses across Dubai
• Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Manage CRM entries and maintain accurate client records
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Must be currently based in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual skills (Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, or Norwegian)
