Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Floating)

Responsibilities

• Generate community interest by conducting property tours and highlighting amenities and local community features
• Drive sales by showcasing the quality of the community and the apartment lifestyle
• Assist prospects in qualifying for apartment homes by collecting information and initiating background checks
• Ensure all apartments are prepared and ready for move-in
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain high retention rates
• Perform office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals with high attention to detail

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer service
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and travel between properties as needed
