Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Floating)

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring properties with prospects and highlighting amenities and local lifestyle.
• Drive sales by showcasing the quality of the community and apartment homes.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for residency by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are fully prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to maintain high retention rates.
• Manage office activities, including organizing and coordinating rental paperwork and documentation.
• Support the leasing staff with various activities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer service.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain professional, organized, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
