Leasing Consultant, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Generate community interest by conducting property tours and highlighting amenities and local community features
• Drive sales by showcasing the quality of the community and the apartment lifestyle
• Assist prospects in qualifying for apartment homes by collecting information and initiating background checks
• Ensure all apartments are prepared and ready for move-in
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to maintain high retention rates
• Perform office activities including coordinating paperwork related to apartment home rentals
• Maintain organized records and meet deadlines for leasing activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or property management
• Bilingual proficiency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
