Leasing Consultant, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Generate community interest by conducting property tours and highlighting amenities and local community features
• Drive sales by showcasing the quality of the community and the apartment lifestyle
• Assist prospects in qualifying for apartment homes by collecting information and initiating background checks
• Ensure all apartments are fully prepared for resident move-ins
• Deliver exceptional service to current residents to drive retention and exceed expectations
• Manage office activities, including coordinating paperwork related to apartment rentals and maintaining organized records

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer service
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and navigate stairs/ladders
