About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet all residents and prospective residents who visit or call the Leasing Office
- Stay informed on surrounding market, community amenities, and floor plans available
- Communicate with prospective residents to schedule apartment tours and assess rental needs
- Perform market surveys of surrounding market and relay to the Community Manager
- Invite prospects to complete and sign lease documents and collect qualifying information
- Prepare lease files for review and audit
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of Restaurant, Hospitality, or Multi-family Industry experience preferred
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Entrata, Yardi, or Onesite
