Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Greet all residents and prospective residents who visit or call the Leasing Office
• Stay informed on the surrounding market, community amenities, and floor plans available
• Communicate with prospective residents to schedule apartment tours and assess rental needs
• Perform market surveys of the surrounding market and relay findings to the Community Manager
• Invite prospects to sign lease documents and collect qualifying information
• Prepare lease files for review and audit
• Develop leasing marketing strategies and participate in outreach marketing and resident events

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years of direct Multi-family Industry experience
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Yardi or Onesite preferred
• Ability to work Saturday shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the Chicagoland high rise leasing environment
