Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner
• Qualify applicants for apartments thoroughly and timely
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date rental files and enter data accurately
• Prepare leases and oversee the signing process by new residents
• Complete monthly administrative tasks and organize property paperwork
• Interact with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure rent payments

Requirements

• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Professional etiquette
• Desire to work in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience

Benefits

• $22-$24 per hour depending on experience
• 48 hours of paid sick time
